Susan Hearn-Stiffler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Susan began their career as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting in 1993 and held that position until 2003. In 2009, they became the Owner of Om Shanti Yoga and continued in that role until the present. Additionally, they worked as a Chef/Instructor at A Southern Season from 2009 to 2020. Susan then transitioned to inVentiv Health in 2013, where they served as a Pediatric Sales Specialist until 2016. Most recently, they joined Germane Solutions in 2015 as the Vice President and progressed to the position of Chief Executive Officer in July 2021.
Susan Hearn-Stiffler holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Cincinnati, focusing on strategy operations marketing. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from the College of Mount Saint Joseph in 1990. Susan also obtained a Diploma in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from the Good Samaritan College of Nursing & Health Science in 1987.
