Jessi Dusek

Jessi Dusek is an accomplished professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Germania Insurance since June 2016. In this role, Jessi guides and supports the development, delivery, evaluation, and maintenance of training and development solutions, overseeing a team of Learning and Creative Specialists while enhancing training programs to ensure effectiveness. Prior to this position, Jessi held the role of Claims Unit Manager, leading a team of adjusters to investigate and settle homeowners' claims, and previously worked as a Property Claims Adjuster at Farmers Insurance from June 2007 to June 2016. Jessi holds a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management & Insurance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of North Texas.
