Previously, Jordan held various managerial roles at Kemper from March 2017 to July 2021, including Material Damage Manager, Claims Team Manager, and Total Loss Team Manager. Prior to that, Jordan managed a body shop and performed as a Repair Technician at AtoZ Body & Fender Inc from July 2008 to December 2016. Jordan's educational background includes studies at Glenbard East High School and Illinois State University.
