Rachel Elwood

Rachel Elwood has been working in human resources for over ten years. Rachel started their career as a staffing specialist before becoming a director at CBS Corporation. After seven years with CBS, they moved to Germantown Academy where they are currently the director of human resources.

Rachel Elwood has a BA in Marketing from Temple University and they also went to the Fox School of Business at Temple University.

Their manager is Rich Schellhas, Head of School. They are on a team with Kevin Gilbert - Director, Operations, Dan Houston - Director, Facilities, and Nidhi McVicar - Assistant Head of School.
