Anke Jansen

Anke Jansen is a certified coach specializing in decision-making coaching, assisting individuals in critical decision processes based on personal values since January 2022. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Organization at Germany Trade & Invest since May 2013, Anke has developed and implemented a new personnel demand assessment concept and created strategic solutions for organizational structure. Previous roles at Germany Trade & Invest included leading a cultural transformation initiative and establishing new processes in development and controlling. Anke's earlier experience includes project management at GIZ and logistics coordination at UPM, complemented by extensive training in NLP coaching. Anke holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability Economics and Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration.
