Christelle Bonhomme

Christelle Bonhomme is an experienced professional specializing in management training and coaching. Currently serving as an Animatrice d’ateliers at Germe since September 2023, Christelle facilitates a 13-day program for proximity managers over a period of approximately 16 months, focusing on self-awareness and manager development. In addition, Christelle has been an Animatrice formation at Kronos since September 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing managerial effectiveness, effective communication, team cohesion, conducting interviews, and conflict management. Previously, Christelle worked at BNP Paribas from March 2008 to January 2023 as a Chargée d'Affaires Entrepreneurs and a Conseiller en Banque Privée Entrepreneurs. Christelle holds a DESS degree in Finance from the Faculté Sciences Economiques Nancy, obtained between 1987 and 1992.
