Mariah Howard

Mariah Howard has a wealth of experience in product management and program/project management. Mariah began their career in 1995 as a Technical Consultant/Business Analyst at Bell Atlantic/Verizon, where they designed and implemented a new Extranet web application. In 1998 they moved to ENEWS as a New Product Development Lead and Project Manager, responsible for developing requirements and functional designs, managing development and testing efforts, and coordinating the launch of major usability overhauls. In 2001 they joined Sanoma Digital The Netherlands B.V. as a Senior Business Analyst, integral in defining company process and vision and conceptualizing, designing and implementing from start to finish multiple B2B/B2C web-based project deliverables. In 2010 they joined Backbase as a Senior Project Manager and Agile Coach, overseeing online banking portal solution implementations and introducing and coaching cross-functional team members in agile methods for project implementations and product development. Mariah then moved to Learning.com as a Senior Product Manager, Director of Portfolio, Program and Project Management, and Manager of Marketplace Development. In 2019 they joined Thinkful as a Senior Product Manager, Engineering Programs, and in 2022 they became the VP of Product Solutions at Germinate LLC.

Mariah Howard's education history includes a BA in Business from William & Mary from 1993 to 1997, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from The University of Manchester, and four certifications: PMC-V from Pragmatic Marketing in 2015, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2013, Certified Scrum Professional from ScrumAlliance in December 2007, and Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae) from Scrum Alliance in December 2007.
