Fanny POULON

Fanny POULON began their career in 2012 as an Optical Technician at Alcatel-Lucent. In 2013 they worked as a Department Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and as a Product Assistant at Imagine Eyes, where they were responsible for image processing, participating in client meetings and providing technical comments for client scientific papers, and optimizing a stock management process. In 2014 they completed an internship at Carl Zeiss Meditec AG and in 2015 they worked as a PhD student at IMNC laboratory, developing a database on the autofluorescence response of brain tumor tissue. Since 2018, they have been employed at Germitec S.A. as an R&D Manager and R&D Project Manager, where they are responsible for managing projects and technical teams related to the design and improvement of medical devices, managing subcontractors and partners involved in projects, and constructing technical and regulatory files. Fanny has also managed a compatibility program with ultrasound probe manufacturers.

Fanny POULON obtained their Classe preparatoire scientifique in Physics and Chemistery from Lycee Saint Louis in 2009-2011. Fanny then attended Institut d'Optique Graduate School from 2011-2015, studying Optics/Optical Sciences. Fanny obtained their Master's degree in Biophysics from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) in 2014-2015. Finally, they completed their PhD in Physics from Universit\u00e9 Paris-Saclay in 2015-2018.
