Kousik Saha

Kousik Saha is an accomplished professional in packaging development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the R&D Packaging Director for Haleon since August 2025, Kousik leads the strategic NPD and R&D Packaging agenda for the Wider Asia business. Previously, Kousik held the position of Head of Packaging Development for Emerging Markets at NIVEA INDIA, managing innovation and productivity across 84 countries. Kousik has also served in key roles at PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, Panacea Biotec, Shalina Laboratories, Borosil Glass, and Paharpur 3P, contributing significantly to packaging strategies, commercialization, and development. Kousik holds a Post Graduate degree in Packaging Technology from the Indian Institute of Packaging, Mumbai.
