Teri Hammer-Rosenski

Teri Hammer-Rosenski, MBA, has extensive experience working in human resources across various industries. Teri currently holds the position of Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Geron Corporation since September 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Gilead Sciences starting in October 2020. Teri also worked at Immunomedics as a Director, Human Resources Business Partner from October 2018 to October 2020.

From 2013 to 2018, Teri worked at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, where they held the role of Associate Director, Human Resources. Before that, they were a Human Resources Manager at Dendreon from September 2010 to January 2013, and at Merck & Co. from an undefined start date to September 2010. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Human Resources Manager at LG Electronics in 2008.

Teri's career in human resources started at AT&T, where they served as a Human Resources Manager from June 1998 to December 2003. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at MCI from August 1992 to June 1998 and began their career as a Human Resources Assistant at KPMG Peat Marwick from October 1992 to August 1994.

Teri Hammer-Rosenski, MBA has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Economics, and Writing from The College of New Jersey. Teri then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rutgers Business School, specializing in Executive MBA. Teri also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Rutgers Business School. Recently, they completed a CHRO Certification from Wharton Executive Education.
