David Scheir

David Scheir is currently serving as the New Product Development Manager for glass packaging at Gerresheimer since September 2021, where responsibilities include managing a team of seven project managers and overseeing the NPD Excellence project for the cosmetic molded glass division, along with subcontractor management and membership in the innovation team. Prior to this role, David Scheir accumulated extensive experience at Arc from September 1996 to September 2021, holding various positions including Responsable des services développement produits, where a team of five engineers and sixteen technicians was supervised, as well as playing a key role in responding to B2B commercial and marketing proposals. Other significant roles at Arc included Chef de projet développement produits verriers, responsible for product development from design to stock, and Adjoint responsable d'unité de production, overseeing a workforce of 550 individuals and managing budgets and performance indicators. David Scheir holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Ecole d'ingénieurs du Pas de Calais, earned between 1993 and 1996.
