Theresia Schnell

Theresia Schnell currently serves as the Global VP Finance and Controlling for the Business Unit Medical Device Systems at Gerresheimer, a role commenced in January 2024, overseeing a team of 60 and managing diverse financial functions across multiple countries while reporting directly to both the group CFO and Business Unit CEO. Prior to this, Theresia accumulated extensive finance and controlling experience at Fresenius Medical Care, where positions included Vice President and Head of Controlling & Analytics EMEA, as well as Director of Controlling & Finance. Earlier career roles featured Team Lead of HR and Finance at CC&C Customer Care & Consulting GmbH and Assistant Manager at KPMG Deutschland, focusing on auditing financial statements. Theresia holds a Magister Artium in Political Science and Economics from Heidelberg University and has further educational qualifications from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and The University of Bonn.
