Susan Diamond

Susan Diamond has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Susan started their career at Hofstra University as an Academic Advisor in 1992 and later became an Assistant Dean of Students from 1994 to 1997. Susan then served as the Director of Residential Life from 1997 to 2000. In 2009, they joined West Hills Day Camp as the Director of the camp until 2020. Currently, they are working at Gersh Autism, where they started as the Director of Internal Compliance in 2020 and is currently serving as the Chief of Staff from July 2021.

Susan Diamond obtained a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Hofstra University, where they studied from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. In addition to their formal education, Susan Diamond also obtained a certification in The Chief of Staff Association Micro-Credentials from The Chief of Staff Association in January 2023.
