Bruce Sandweiss

Mr. Sandweiss is President of the Multifamily and Healthcare Division of Gershman Mortgage which finances income producing real estate throughout the country. Mr. Sandweiss joined Gershman Mortgage in 1984 after beginning his career with Rubin Brown, a large regional CPA Firm. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Missouri. He currently serves as President of the Midwestern Lenders Association and has served on multiple committees with the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.

While employed at Gershman Mortgage, Mr. Sandweiss has worked in all aspects of Mortgage Banking including single-family originations and servicing, secondary marketing and multifamily/healthcare originations, servicing and construction administration.
