Mike Kodelka is currently the VP - Compliance Officer at GERSHMAN MORTGAGE. Previously, Mike worked as a Compliance Risk Management Specialist at U.S. Bank for over 11 years. Mike has a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Secondary Education from the University of St. Thomas. Mike's expertise lies in counseling various departments within the Mortgage Lending business line on primary lending regulations and serving as an enterprise subject matter expert for the SAFE Act and HOPA.
