Cora Danielson

Cora Danielson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as the Sr Director of Exhibitor Success at Global Experience Specialists since May 2007, Cora oversees the execution of national organizational objectives for an award-winning contact center while managing data integrity and website content. Previous roles include Kit Administration Manager at GES, where leadership was provided for interactive exhibitor manual production, and Call Center Supervisor, responsible for a large inbound call center staff. Before GES, Cora managed guest relations at Canyon Ranch and oversaw magazine production at WANT AD Publications, Inc. Cora holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Global Business Management from the University of Massachusetts and the University of Phoenix.
