Margina Chaves is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as the Encargada Atracción Talento at GESSA since March 2023, Margina Chaves is responsible for fulfilling personnel needs with top talent. Prior roles at GESSA included Asistente Talento Humano, where legal advisory services and disciplinary processes were managed. Margina Chaves also has a significant background with Walmart México y Centro América, where positions ranged from Generalista de Recursos Humanos to Oficinista Recursos Humanos, ensuring compliance with policies and contributing to talent recruitment and employee relations. Margina Chaves holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Universidad Hispanoamericana and a prior degree from Universidad Americana, in addition to a diversified education from Liceo San Miguel.
