Roopam K. has over 20 years of work experience in the software engineering and product development fields. In 2017, they began working at Gestalt as the VP of Product Engineering, and then later as the Director of Software Development. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Venafi as the Senior Development Manager. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at SanDisk as the Senior Program Manager (CSM) with responsibilities such as managing the Accelerated Memory Platform (AMP) program and the Enterprise Management Suite (EMS-ioSphere, FMS, CLI utilities, SNMP, SMIS stack). From 2011 to 2012, they worked at GE Healthcare/Caradigm as the Engineering Manager, responsible for managing the MicroKernel & Security component as well as overall performance of the Qualibria platform. From 2004 to 2011, they worked at Inland Imaging as the Director of Software Engineering, responsible for the successful design and development of RadWorkFlow. From 2000 to 2004, they worked at MYTRAVEL GROUP LIMITED as the Senior Developer. Finally, from 1999 to 2000, they worked at Novasoft Information Technology Corp. as a Consultant.

Roopam K. obtained a Masters in Computer Applications from Jorhat Engineering College. In November 2021, they obtained a certification in Leading with Intelligent Disobedience from LinkedIn. They also hold a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
