Jay Chavda is a seasoned professional in business development and operations management, currently serving as the Global Business Development Manager for Digital Services at GESTRA since May 2017. In this role, Jay leads efforts to implement digitally enhanced solutions utilizing IoT-based Connected Services and improve customer experience through portals and apps. Prior to this position, Jay held various roles at Flowserve Corporation, including General Manager for GESTRA UK, where performance against annual business plans and P&L objectives was paramount. Earlier experience includes positions at STL Power & Process Controls Ltd and Invensys PLC, focusing on technical sales support and applications engineering. Jay Chavda holds a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from UCL.
