Spencer Grout

Spencer Grout has extensive work experience in various roles within the retail and healthcare industries. Beginning in 1990, they worked at Marks and Spencer as a Divisional Sales Developer until 2004. From 2005 to 2010, they held the positions of General Manager and Group Store Manager at Boots The Chemist. Spencer then transitioned to Boots Opticians, where they served as Regional Manager from 2010 to 2012, Regional Franchise Manager from 2012 to 2014, Franchise Portfolio Manager UK from 2014 to 2017, and finally as Regional Franchise Partnership Manager from 2017 to 2020. Continuing their career in the healthcare sector, they joined Hakim Group in 2020 as a Recruitment Manager for Partnership and Clinician roles. Since 2023, they have become the Chief Operating Officer at Get A Drip. Spencer's experience encompasses managing regional operations, developing franchise partnerships, delivering targeted growth strategies, and recruiting talent within the retail and healthcare sectors.

Spencer Grout began their education at Willingdon Comprehensive from 1982 to 1987, where they completed 6 O levels. Spencer then attended Eastbourne Sixth Form College from 1987 to 1988, studying Business Studies BTEC and A-Level, and obtained 4 O levels along with A level qualification. Following that, from 1988 to 1990, Spencer enrolled in Eastbourne College of Arts and Technology, where they obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Business Studies with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
