Mohammad Abdel-Rahman

Mohammad Abdel-Rahman has extensive experience working as a Product Manager. From 2015 to the present, they have been working at GET Group Holdings Ltd., where they lead a cross-functional team in creating and developing new products and technology. Mohammad is responsible for developing product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, and developing product marketing strategies.

Prior to their current role, from 2007 to 2015, Mohammad worked at ATCOM (Arabian Technology & Communications). In this company, they served as a Product Manager, acting as a subject matter expert and consultant for the offered solution to meet customer needs. Mohammad was also responsible for documenting product requirements, conducting competition analysis, developing product vision and roadmap, and executing product launch. During this time, they achieved a 15% market share on the Call Billing Product by appointing trusted partners and distributors, prioritizing product enhancements, and improving customer support.

Additionally, at ATCOM, Mohammad worked as a Solution Specialist from 2007 to 2013. In this role, they oversaw product performance, understood customer requirements, and ensured product specifications met those requirements. Mohammad successfully completed a multimillion-dollar IT-related project within budget and on time. Mohammad also conducted product pre-sales activities to analyze requirements and map them to technology.

Mohammad Abdel-Rahman obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Yarmouk University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Mohammad continued their education at Yarmouk University and earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from 2004 to 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, Mohammad completed the "Product Management: Building Product Roadmap" course from LinkedIn Learning in May 2020. In July 2019, they also completed the "Product Management: Building Product Strategy" course, also offered by LinkedIn Learning.

Moreover, Mohammad obtained the AASTRA Solidus eCare Technical Certification from Aastra in September 2013. Mohammad also holds the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification acquired from Cisco in June 2006.

Additionally, Mohammad has the AVAYA Certified Associate (ACA) certification from Avaya and the CompTia Convergence+ Certification from CompTIA, both obtained at undisclosed dates.
