Bradley Brice has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Bradley started their career as a Recruiting Manager at Elite Technical Services from 1997 to 1999. Bradley then joined Bayer as a Senior Sales Consultant specializing in Women's Healthcare from 1999 to 2007, calling on OB/GYNs, Reproductive Endocrinologists, and Family Practice healthcare providers in Central Florida.

In 2007, Bradley moved to PerkinElmer and took on the role of an Area Business Manager. Bradley was responsible for ViaCord cord blood and tissue banking, as well as NTD prenatal screening offerings in various Florida markets. Bradley later volunteered to develop markets in Gainesville, Ocala, and Tallahassee. Bradley continued in this role until early 2013 when they resumed their former responsibilities as an Area Business Manager, focusing on ViaCord cord blood and tissue banking and NTD prenatal screening options.

Bradley joined CombiMatrix Diagnostics in 2013 as a Senior Sales Executive for a short period before transitioning to Natera. At Natera, they held several positions, including Clinical Field Specialist, Southeast Area Trainer, and Clinical Field Specialist - Central Florida. In these roles, they dealt with genetic testing in areas such as prenatal, fertility, and recurrent pregnancy loss. Bradley collaborated with healthcare professionals like OB/GYNs, Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists, Reproductive Endocrinologists, Geneticists, and Genetic Counselors.

In 2020, Bradley founded Principled Medical Innovations, a company focused on bringing innovative healthcare products to physicians to improve patient care and generate additional revenue streams for medical practices. Bradley also joined Get Healthy USA as a New Business Developer in the same year.

Bradley Brice completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Florida State University, where they attended from 1994 to 1997.
