Michael Zidanic

Michael Zidanic has a long and varied work experience beginning with their role as an EM in the US Navy, starting in 2000. In 2004 they joined Kmx Chemical Corp as Plant Manager and Technical & Maintenance Manager, where they were responsible for pre-qualification processes, daily production rates and inventory. In 2016, they moved to Pet Food as Maintenance Manager, before joining Mountaire Farms as Maintenance Superintendent. In 2017, they joined Dart Container as Maintenance Supervisor, before moving to Pet Food Manufacturer as Process Development and Continuous Improvement Manager in 2019. Michael is currently Head of Production Innovation and Development at Get Joy & Co., a role they have held since 2022.

Michael Zidanic's education history includes attending the U.S. Navy's EMA School from 2000-2001, and completing a PCQI course with FSPCA.
