Irina Tanenbaum has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Irina began their career in 2001 as a Private Equity Intern at Glenmede Trust Company. In 2002, they moved to MetLife where they held the roles of International Investments Analyst, Capital Markets Analyst, and Private Equity Analyst. In 2007, they joined YMCA Retirement Fund as an Alternative Investments Analyst. In 2011, Irina joined The Juilliard School as a Senior Investment Analyst. In 2015, they moved to Artivest as Director of Investment Research. In 2017, they became a Founding Partner at DEM Partners. In 2018, they became the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of BRIGHT, a health and technology company. In May 2022, they left BRIGHT to become an Advisor, and in June 2022, they began their current role as Chief Financial Officer at Adam Leitman Bailey, P.C. Irina also serves as an Advisor at JelikaLite.

Irina Tanenbaum attended NYU Stern School of Business from 2004 to 2008, where they earned their MBA in Finance. Irina then attended Rutgers University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned their BS in Finance. In addition, they have passed Level 1 of both the CFA and CAIA exams.
