Ricardo Yuanaga

Ricardo Yuanaga has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Ricardo is currently the VP of Sales at Getnet Brasil since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Visa as a Sales Director from 2019 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for managing local and global clients, strategic projects, new product development, and establishing partnerships. Before joining Visa, they served as a Sales Director at CyberSource - a Visa Company from 2015 to 2019. Ricardo also has experience as the Head of Sales at Ingenico from 2012 to 2015. In addition, Ricardo had significant roles at Amadeus IT Group as a Business Development Sr Manager and Customer Services and IT Manager from 2004 to 2011. Ricardo'searlier work experience includes positions at Linx, Embragen, and UOL.

Ricardo Yuanaga earned a Master's Degree in Finance from BSP - Business School São Paulo in 2015-2016. Ricardo also obtained an MBA in IT Services Management from Faculdades Associadas de São Paulo. In 2017, they completed a program called "Driving Transformation" at Hyper Island and a "Design Thinking Specialization" at Echos Desirable Futures Lab. Ricardo also holds a Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering from Centro Universitário Ibero-Americano. Ricardo further obtained certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate Service Provider Operations (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security (MCSE). Additionally, they completed a program called "Exo - Exponential Organizations" at Singularity in 2017-2018.
