Michael Barrington-Hibbert

Michael Barrington-Hibbert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Barrington Hibbert Associates since its founding in 2010, Michael oversees the firm's Financial Services practice. In addition, Michael holds advisory and investor roles at Get-Optimal.com and Equitas, both focused on enhancing diversity and inclusion in hiring processes through innovative technology. As a co-founder of 10000BlackInterns and a member of the socio-economic diversity taskforce for the City of London Corporation, Michael is dedicated to promoting equal opportunities in the workforce. Michael's educational background includes a strategic leadership degree from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and a bachelor's degree in business and strategic leadership from Binghamton University.
