Ryan Shearman

Ryan Shearman is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in climate technology and product development. As the Cofounder and CEO of Loa Carbon since September 2018, Ryan has spearheaded initiatives to create sustainable hydrocarbons utilizing captured CO2 and renewable energy, positioning the company as a recognized B-Corporation in New York City. Additional leadership roles include serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Get Sh!t Done, mentoring startups at NEXUS Global, and previously contributing to Aether Diamonds as a Delegate. Ryan has a background in advancing safety technologies in the powersports industry through FUSAR Technologies, along with experience in luxury product development at David Yurman and establishing a metal casting operation at The Nanz Company. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Fairfield University.
