Marie McCallen

Marie McCallen is currently employed as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at CBORD since July 2019. Prior to this, Marie worked as an IT Service Desk Engineer at RDI Corporation from August 2016 to July 2019, and as a Database Operation Center Specialist III at RDX (Remote DBA Experts) from June 2013 to December 2015. Marie has experience in communicating professionally with customers, monitoring servers, creating reports, and providing support to numerous clients. Marie has also held various roles in different companies such as a Bakery Part Time Sales Clerk at Giant Eagle, a Data Analyst Intern at InfoCision Management Corporation, and a Dishwasher at Emerald Diner. Marie holds a BSAS degree in Information Technology and Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
