Susan Cole, PMP, has over 20 years of experience in project and services operations, currently serving as the Senior Director at CBORD since March 2003, where responsibilities include managing project implementation, defining scope, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Prior to this, Susan worked as a Senior Account Executive at Novell from 1992 to 2003, focusing on account strategies and managing consulting projects.
