Florence Aretz

Florence Aretz currently serves as VP Operations at Alma, overseeing consumer and merchant support teams, as well as the Project Management Office. In addition, Aretz is a member of the Investment Committee at Fund F by Female Founders, which focuses on supporting gender-diverse startups. Previously, Aretz held positions such as General Manager for France and Belgium at TIER Mobility, where responsibilities included P&L oversight and market strategy, and as Investment Director at Adevinta Ventures, playing a key role in establishing the venture capital arm. Aretz's background encompasses a range of finance and strategy roles at notable companies including Barclays, HSBC, and Schibsted Media Group. Aretz holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School and has completed various executive education programs, including one in Venture Capital at IE Business School.
