Einat Philip

Einat Philip has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Einat is currently serving as the General Counsel at April since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Bluevine as the Deputy General Counsel and Senior Director of Product and Regulatory until September 2022. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Director of Product and Regulatory Legal at Bluevine, where they led a team and contributed to various aspects of the business. Einat also had an extensive tenure at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they held the position of Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, specializing in litigation and investigations. Einat successfully managed significant legal matters and obtained favorable outcomes for the company. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Litigation and Investigations Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP and gained experience in high-profile class action trials. Einat began their legal journey as a Teaching Assistant at Syracuse University College of Law and completed a summer associate program at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.

Einat Philip has earned a JD, cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law. Einat also holds a BA, with distinction, from Concordia University, where they studied journalism. Prior to that, Einat completed their DEC in Creative Arts at Dawson College in Montreal, Canada. Einat received their high school education at Herzliah High School in Montreal.
