Lubomir Belica has a long and varied work experience. Lubomir began their career in 2010 as a Project Manager and Business Development for KB Agentur, s.r.o. In 2011, they became Managing Director for twentyfourseven, s.r.o. In 2014, they worked as Branch Manager for ManpowerGroup and Recruitment Director CEE for Edymax. In 2015, they became Branch Manager for Adecco. In 2019, they founded zamestnajcudzinca.sk and became CEO & Founder of GETBID, s.r.o. In 2022, they became Product Executive for GETBID USA and in 2023 they became Interim CEO & Founder of Getbid Games and President of Sportclub Turany.

Lubomir Belica attended Technical College - KNM from 2002 to 2006, where they achieved a High School degree in Programming of CNC machines. Lubomir also holds a certification from the World Staffing Summit.
