Aaron Dionne

Aaron Dionne has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aaron started their career as a Sales Representative at AT&T in 2000 and worked there until 2007. From 2007 to 2012, they served as an Account Manager at Reel Picture Productions. Following this, they joined Cox Communications as an Inbound Sales Agent from 2012 to 2014. In 2016, they started working at AbacusNext as a Private Cloud Support Engineer, where they provided end user support for private cloud DaaS and maintained Office 365/Exchange services. Later, they became a Cloud Implementation Engineer II - Team Lead at AbacusNext in 2017. In this role, they coordinated client on-boarding onto the cloud platform, including data and email migration, and DNS cutover. Aaron also had experience with technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, MS MFA, Server 2016, and SQL installation.

Aaron Dionne attended Southwestern College from 1997 to 1998 and Brookhaven Community College in 1996. Aaron has obtained a CompTIA Network ce certification from CompTIA in June 2015 and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from IASSC in 2014.
