Ryan Riddle has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ryan started their career at Blackbaud as a Customer Support Analyst in 2005 before moving on to roles such as Fundraising Systems Consultant, Internet Solutions Consultant, Client Manager, and Consulting Manager. In 2015, they became a Senior Delivery Manager, responsible for managing a team of training professionals. Ryan then transitioned to the role of Sales Engineering Manager and eventually Senior Sales Engineering Manager. In 2021, they joined Outreach as a Senior Manager, Solutions Consulting, where they led a team of Solutions Consultants, managed day-to-day operations, and implemented initiatives to drive sales success. In 2023, Ryan joined CARET as the Director of Client Value.

Ryan Riddle completed their education at Clemson University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Marketing with a minor in French and International Trades. In 2020, they also obtained a certification in "Technical Sales: The Role of the Sales Engineer" from LinkedIn.
