Victoria Horton is an experienced professional in revenue enablement and sales training with a strong background in software training. Currently serving as the Revenue Enablement Program Manager at CARET since March 2022, Victoria has previously held roles such as Senior Sales Training & Development Specialist and Software Trainer. Prior to CARET, Victoria worked at Babst Calland as a Software Specialist & Trainer from February 2020 to March 2022, and held various positions at Target, including Executive Team Lead Human Resources. Victoria's extensive experience in the retail sector includes multiple roles at SEPHORA and Bath & Body Works, where responsibilities ranged from education and training management to operations.
