Paul Freeman

Paul Freeman is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at Caruso since April 2024, Paul previously held the role of Senior Engineering Team Lead at Dotmatics, where significant refactoring projects in Go were led to improve flow cytometry software. Notable accomplishments include designing and implementing a telemetry system at Soul Machines and architecting the Sylo Network at Sylo. Paul holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from The University of Auckland and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University, complemented by foundational education in Graphic Design from Portland Community College.
