Anton Doberschütz has a strong background in product management and engineering. Anton began their career as an Intern Product Development at Bosch in 2014 and then went on to work as a Bachelor Student and Student Researcher at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) from 2013 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Fraunhofer IAO as a Master Student.

After completing their education, Doberschütz worked as a Project Engineer at Graeven Metalltechnik from 2016 to 2017. Anton then transitioned to the role of Product Manager at Sigma Sports, where they focused on consumer electronics and sports technology. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Product Owner - Hardware at Native Instruments, specializing in studio and DJ hardware products for the Komplete and Traktor brand, mainly working on ODM/JDM projects.

In 2020, Doberschütz took on the position of Senior Product Manager at Mitte before becoming the Neuinteressierten Beauftragter - Berlin at Ingenieure ohne Grenzen e.V. in the same year.
