Roberto Belli is an experienced executive with extensive leadership roles in the energy sector. Currently serving as Group Head of Post-Merger Integration at GETEC Group, Roberto Belli spearheads integration processes across countries and optimizes resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency. Previously, Roberto held the position of Chief Sales Officer and Managing Director at energywave SpA, successfully integrating the company within the GETEC Group and expanding its Energy and Efficiency Services. Prior to joining GETEC in April 2021, Roberto Belli was the Managing Director of Q8 QUASER at Kuwait Petroleum Italia S.p.A., overseeing a sizable workforce and managing commercial operations. Roberto Belli's earlier career at Shell included various leadership positions, culminating as Supply & Distribution Manager for Italy, where accountability for significant financial turnovers and operational budgets was established. Roberto Belli holds a degree from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and has completed various professional courses.
