Ilya Mez is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and growth across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Product at Flex since April 2025, Ilya previously held the position of Chief Product Officer at Glean.ai, where the company specialized in AI solutions for Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, and Payments before its acquisition by Pipe.
