Sarah Butterfield

Sarah Butterfield is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and product management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Flex since January 2022, Sarah previously held various roles at Better, culminating in the position of Director of Insurance Operations & Customer Support. Prior to that, experience included an Associate role in Product Management at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and several positions at Citi, including Vice President of New Product Development for Credit Cards. Sarah began their career as a Summer Analyst at Citi after obtaining a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business in 2016.
