Vineet Rajan has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles.
In 2021, they co-founded and became the CEO of Forte, a mental wellness benefit program aimed at unlocking the inner strength of organizations. Forte provides unlimited, proactive, and personalized content and connections with certified guides for employees.
Prior to Forte, Vineet was the Founder and CEO of OmniFidelis from 2019 to 2021.
In 2018, they worked as a Summer Venture Capital Associate and SMIF Fellow at Acumen, and as an Impact Fellow at Skoll Foundation.
Vineet's early career was with the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Marine Officer from 2006 to 2017. In this role, they held various leadership positions and served in combat in Iraq and Afghanistan, conducted humanitarian assistance and disaster relief in Japan, and contributed to national policy development in the US Congress and the Pentagon.
Vineet Rajan has pursued various educational degrees throughout their academic journey. Vineet holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Additionally, Vineet Rajan obtained a Master's Degree in International Relations from the University of Cambridge. Vineet also holds a Certificate in Legislative Studies from Georgetown University. Vineet Rajan completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting & Finance from Drexel University.
