Pamela Oren-Artzi has a long and varied work experience. Pamela began their career as an IAF Flight Academy Instructor (Sergeant rank) at Israel Air Force Flight Academy in 2001. Pamela then moved on to Yitran as a Customer Support DB Manager and Technical Writer in 2006. In 2007, they worked as a Software Engineer at Dune Networks. In 2008, they worked as a Technical Evangelist and Application Engineer and Software Developer at Anobit Technologies (which was later acquired by Apple). Pamela then worked as a Senior Engineering Program Manager at Apple from 2008 to 2015. In 2015, they moved to C3.ai as a Senior Product Manager, and in 2017 they began working at SailPoint as a Senior Product Manager. Pamela currently serves as the COO and Founder of Grin, a position they have held since 2019.

Pamela Oren-Artzi has an extensive educational background. Pamela received their MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2014, where they studied Strategy, Entrepreneurship, CSR and Marketing. Pamela also holds a B.Sc. in Communication Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, which they received in 2008. Her educational background is further supplemented by their High School diploma from Alon, where they studied Physics and Computer Science.
