Lauren Porter

Lauren Porter is an experienced professional in the talent acquisition and people management sector, currently serving as Head of People & Talent at GetHarley from November 2023 to June 2025. Previously, Lauren held multiple roles at Onfido, including Principal Talent Partner and Senior Talent Partner, from June 2021 to November 2023. Prior to Onfido, Lauren worked at Robert Walters from October 2017 to May 2021 as a Senior Consultant, and also served as Executive Assistant to the Founder at Black Brick Property Solutions LLP earlier in 2017. Lauren's career began at ROLEX, where responsibilities included PR & Events Executive from June 2014 to December 2016. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in English Language from The University of Edinburgh and A-levels in Psychology, English Language, and Religious Studies from Cheadle Hulme School.
