Lawrie MacGregor has a diverse work experience history. They started as a Project Team Lead in 2015 at The Breteau Foundation, where they led a team in creating educational tools for schools in post-conflict areas. They also worked internationally, meeting deadlines and troubleshooting software. In 2018, Lawrie joined Kiln Theatre as an Audience Relationships Manager, focusing on donor and sponsor management. They acquired new donors, processed donations, and organized supporter events. In 2019, Lawrie joined Butternut Box as a Salesperson and later became a Sales Team Supervisor and then a Sales Team Lead. They successfully managed business-to-customer sales campaigns, supervised a team, and achieved high accolades. In 2023, Lawrie will be joining GetHarley as a Commercial Manager.
Lawrie MacGregor pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing at Brunel University London from 2015 to 2018. Afterward, in 2023, they obtained a Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills from CPTA, specializing in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. Additionally, from 2022 to 2023, MacGregor participated in the High Performing Leaders Programme at Track Record, focusing on Organisational Leadership. In their earlier education, they completed A levels in English Literature, Psychology, and Drama at Sir William Borlase's Grammar School from 2005 to 2012.
