Dariusz Roman has extensive experience in user experience and design, currently serving as Head of UX at VeloBank S.A. since September 2016, where responsibilities include redesigning and maintaining the internal banking system. Dariusz has also worked as a Lead UX for Commonwealth Bank, managing design teams and contributing to banking system development. A seasoned photographer with National Geographic since April 2003, Dariusz previously held leadership roles such as Design Director at Vantoo Interactive and Dyrektor działu UX at Argonaut - Grey Worldwide Group. Early career roles include Art Director and Graphic Designer at Grey Group Poland and freelance design work starting in 1993. Educational qualifications include an ongoing postgraduate MBA at EY Academy of Business and an Engineer's Degree in Oracle Databases from Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology.
