Katarzyna is also an advisor to the CEO. Additionally, Katarzyna serves as a member of the Program Board at the Krzysztof Penderecki European Center for Music and Podlasie Opera and Philharmonic. Katarzyna is a Lecturer at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and held various positions in cultural institutions such as the Ministerstwo Kultury i Dziedzictwa Narodowego and Narodowy Instytut Muzyki i Tańca. Katarzyna has a Master of Arts degree in Theatre Studies and Arts Management from the University of Theatre Arts.
