Alessandra MacChia-Aguila

Alessandra Macchia-Aguila has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Alessandra currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for North America at Getinge. Prior to this role, they were the Vice President of Human Resources for Corporate Functions and dressbarn at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. Alessandra also worked at AVON Products, Inc. as a Senior HR Global Manager and Regional and Corporate Human Resources Manager.
