Georgia Lauyer

Georgia Lauyer is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Henkel Consumer Brands and Beauty Care in North America since May 2021, Georgia previously led human resources for Integra LifeSciences, focusing on strategic platforms for the Orthopedic and Tissue Technology sectors from July 2016 to May 2021. Prior to that, Georgia spent over 15 years at Johnson and Johnson in various HR leadership roles, supporting global operations and commercial functions. Early career positions include human resources management roles at Schering-Plough, Colgate-Palmolive, and The Donna Karan Company. Georgia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Georgian Court University.
