Alexey Korsun is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in process improvement and Agile methodology. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Consultant at Onde and a Senior Delivery Manager at Axidian, Alexey has established development processes for multiple products and integrated workflows across various teams. As a Co-Founder of Questoria and a former Senior Delivery Manager at Tinkoff, Alexey has guided large departments and managed high-performing teams while mentoring in Agile leadership principles. Previous roles include Kanban Coach at Gravion Group, Agile Coach at Aviasales and Semrush, and Product Marketing Manager at JetBrains. Alexey holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation.
