Prathibha began their career as an International Talent Acquisition Specialist at Boehringer Ingelheim, where they were responsible for recruiting and staffing for all European offices of the company. Prathibha then moved to TomTom, where they held various positions including Talent Acquisition Consultant, Employer Brand Project Manager, and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant.

In their current role at Getir, Prathibha is responsible for talent acquisition and employer branding. Prathibha works closely with Getir's business units to identify hiring needs and develops strategies to attract top talent.
